•    Gift Vouchers are not valid for dates inclusive of 24th December 2024 until 26th January 2025.
•    Valid for stays Sunday to Friday night (inclusive).
•    You can upgrade to a Saturday night stay by paying the hotel directly at the time of redeeming your voucher ($150 surcharge for Apr24-Sep24/$200 surcharge for Oct24-Mar25, subject to availability).
•    Quarters at Flinders Hotel gift vouchers are valid for exactly 36 months from the date of issue. To avoid disappointment, please contact us with as much notice as possible to make a reservation, as expiration dates will not be extended. All reservations are subject to availability.
•    Gift vouchers (and voucher codes) are valuable and should be kept secure. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Quarters at Flinders Hotel will not be responsible for any voucher(s) lost or stolen. Once you redeem your voucher for a confirmed reservation, the voucher cannot be un-redeemed, and your reservation becomes non-refundable and date amendments are not permitted. Cancellation of the reservation will result in 100% forfeit of the value of the redeemed voucher.
