Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is redeemable at Quarters at Flinders Hotel (Accommodation).

All reservations are subject to availability.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 36 months only from the date of issue. To avoid disappointment please contact us with as much notice as possible to make a reservation, as expiration dates will not be extended.

Gift vouchers should be kept secure. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Quarters at Flinders Hotel will not be responsible for any voucher lost or stolen.
